The new movie Love in the Great Smoky Mountains: A National Park Romance will debut at 8 PM on the Hallmark Channel on September 2.

Former sweethearts (Arielle Kebbel from Midnight Texas and 9-1-1and Zach Roerig from The Vampire Diaries) reunite at an archeological dig in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. As they work together competing for the same research grant, they discover they might still have feelings for one another.

On September 2, the Great American Family movie Learning to Love will air at 8 PM.

Harry (Philip Boyd from The Haves and The Have Nots) and his two daughters lose faith after his wife and daughters’ mom passes. The family hires a nanny and are pleasantly surprised by Steph (Ina Barrón from Grey’s Anatomy and Royal Pains) who brings never-ending warmth, positivity, and faith into the home.

On August 31, the new Hulu teen fantasy series Spellbound will debut its first 13 episodes online.

When Cece Parker Jones (Hailey Melody Romain), a vivacious 15 year old relocates from a small town in the US to France to study at the Paris Opera Ballet School, she’s on top of the world, but things turn upside down when she discovers a book of family spells in the back room of her Aunt Ginger’s (Raven Dauda) apothecary. While snooping through the book, she unknowingly casts the antidote to a protection spell that has been hiding her identity since she was a little girl. Turns out, she comes from a line of powerful witches called the Wizens, and in doing so, she summons her nemesis, the Mystics, who are after her magic. This spit-fire teen must now juggle the pressures of an elite ballet school, learning new techniques she’s never studied before, keeping up with her intense academics, not to mention her new friendships and maybe a cute boy or two, as well as her incredible ability to activate magic, while keeping this a secret for only her closest friends.

The 10-episode live-action pirate adventure story One Piece, based on the best-selling manga by Eiichiro Oda, will debut online on Netflix on August 31.

The story follows Monkey D. Luffy (Iñaki Godoy) and his loyal crew, the Straw Hat Pirates, as they embark on a journey to the most dangerous oceans in the world. Even though this crew is generally good-natured and fun-loving, they’re sort of the exception in the world of dastardly, infamous pirates hunting the One Piece and collecting sizable bounties from the World Government.

On August 31, the Netflix movie Choose Love will debut online.

This interactive rom-com focuses on Cami Conway (Laura Marano) as she looks back on her goals and relationships as she struggles with her future. While she seemingly has it all, a job she loves as a recording engineer and her great boyfriend Paul (Scott Michael Foster), she questions if there is another career out there for her and if a past, or possible, relationship may be the better choice.

Avan Jogia plays Rex Galier, a rockstar Cami works with and a potential love interest, while Jack Menna (Jordi Webber) is her first love. Who will Cami choose? It’s up to you.

On August 26, the Hallmark Channel movie Napa Ever After will debut at 8 PM.

After inheriting her estranged grandmother’s winery in Napa Valley, Cassandra (Denise Boutté), a high-powered attorney, takes a sabbatical from her job to renovate the property that was the source of the fractures within her family. With the help of handsome local Alec (Colin Lawrence), she learns more about the grandmother she hardly knew and is able to reconcile the past, while finally opening herself up to a love like she has never known.

On August 23, the new Disney+ series Star Wars: Ahsoka will air online.

Set after the fall of the Empire, the series follows the former Jedi Knight Ahsoka Tano (Rosario Dawson) as she investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy.

The ensemble cast includes Mary Elizabeth Winstead, David Tennant, Lars Mikkelsen and the late Ray Stevenson.

This 10-part period piece drama The Winter King will debut on MGM+ (formerly EPIX) at 9 PM on August 20.

This bold, revisionist take on the well-loved Arthurian legend, and based on the Warlord Chronicles series from Bernard Cornwell, the series is set in the 5th Century long before Britain was united. It’s a brutal land of warring factions and tribes where lives were often fleeting and follows Arthur Pendragon (Iain De Caestecker from Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) as he evolves from outcast to legendary warrior and leader.

The series also stars Eddie Marsan, Andrew Gower and Simon Merrells (among others).

On August 19, the new movie Never Too Late to Celebrate will debut on the Hallmark Channel at 8 PM.

Camila’s (Alexa PenaVega) busy schedule at the dental practice where she works has left her exhausted and with little time for a life outside of her patient load. When she meets Javi (Carlos PenaVega), a substitute teacher at the school where Camila’s mother Sherri (Sherry Miller) works, she takes him up on his offer to join the Spanish class he teaches on the side so she can finally learn the language of her late father.

Sparks fly as Javi helps Camila connect with her Mexican roots and, with her 30th birthday around the corner, Javi encourages Camila to mark this milestone with a “double quinceañera” to honor her Hispanic heritage. Not one for big parties, she’s hesitant at first but ultimately decides to take the plunge and celebrate in style.
