The new Netflix streaming series Hollywood will debut online on May 1.

The ensemble cast includes Darren Criss (Glee), Dylan McDermott (The Practice and American Horror Story), Holland Taylor (Two and a Half Men), Jim Parsons (The Big Bang Theory), Oscar winner Mira Sorvino, Broadway legend Patti Lupone, Samara Weaving (box office film Ready or Not) and veteran actor Rob Reiner.
The new NBC drama Council of Dads debuted back on March 24; and it’s official timeslot premiere will take place on April 30 at 9 PM. In fact, the pilot episode will encore at 8 PM that night followed by the second episode.

When a loving father of four has his entire life’s plan thrown into upheaval by an unexpected health scare, he calls on a few of his closest allies to step in as back-up dads for every stage of his growing family’s life. Scott assembles a trusted group of role models that includes Anthony (Clive Standen), his oldest friend; Larry (Michael O’Neill), his AA sponsor; and Oliver (J. August Richards), his surgeon and best friend to his wife, Robin. These men agree to devote themselves to supporting and guiding Scott’s amazing family through all the triumphs and challenges life has to offer – just in case he ever can’t be there to do so himself.
The show will also star Sarah Wayne Callies and Tom Everett Scott.
On April 30, the Netflix original movie Dangerous Lies will debut online.
When a wealthy elderly man dies and unexpectedly leaves his estate to his new caregiver, she’s drawn into a web of deception and murder. If she’s going to survive, she’ll have to question everyone’s motives – even the people she loves.

On April 26, the UPtv movie Woman of the House will debut at 7 PM.

The series premiere of Penny Dreadful: City of Angels will debut on Showtime on April 26 at 10:10 PM.
The series is set in 1938 opens in 1938 Los Angeles, a time and place deeply infused with social and political tension. On April 25, the new movie The Matchmaker Mysteries: A Fatal Romance will debut on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries and Hallmark Channel (simultaneously) at 9 PM.
Preparing to moderate a writers’ panel at a romance convention, professional matchmaker Angie Dove (Danica McKellar) is surprised to run into her old college boyfriend, Ethan Plume, who has just taken the reins at his family’s publishing house. The new Hulu drama Mrs. America will debut online on April 15.
