The annual Halloween movie Good Witch: Curse From a Rose will debut on the Hallmark Channel at 8 PM on October 19.
The Good Witch meets her match when Cassie’s long-lost college roommate, Autumn Delaney, makes an unexpected visit to Grey House on a mission to disrupt Middleton’s Halloween festivities.
The Facebook series Limetown will debut online on October 16.
Based on the hit podcast of the same name, the series follows Lia Haddock (Jessica Biel), a journalist for American Public Radio, as she unravels the mystery behind the disappearance of over 300 people at a neuroscience research facility in Tennessee.
The cast includes John Beasley, Louis Ferreira, Marlee Matlin, Rekha Sharma, Sherri Saum and Stanley Tucci.
On October 18, the new streaming series Looking for Alaska will debut on Hulu.
This 8-episode limited series is based on the John Green novel set in 2005, centering around teenager Miles “Pudge” Halter (Charlie Plummer from Boardwalk Empire), as he enrolls in boarding school to try to gain a deeper perspective on life. He falls in love with Alaska Young (Kristine Froseth from The Society), and finds a group of loyal friends. But after an unexpected tragedy, Miles and his close friends attempt to make sense of what they’ve been through.
The cast includes Ron Cephas Jones (This Is Us), Sofia Vassilieva (Medium) and Uriah Shelton (The Glades) [among others].
The new Amazon streaming series Modern Love will debut online on October 18

This new series explores the origin story and present-day actions of the infamous covert program that uses behavior modification protocol to turn recruits into nearly superhuman assassins. The story follows sleeper agents across the globe as they’re mysteriously “awakened” to resume their deadly missions.
The cast includes Brian J. Smith, Jeremy Irvine, Michael Gaston, Michelle Forbes and Patrick Fugit.
On October 13, the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries movie Crossword Mysteries: Proposing Murder will debut at 9 PM.
When an old friend of New York Sentinel Crosswords editor Tess Harper (Lacey Chabert) is found murdered on the very day the Sentinel’s crossword puzzle includes his proposal of marriage, Tess unofficially teams up with Lt. Logan O’Connor (Brennan Elliot) to find the killer. Together, they must assemble the pieces of a puzzle whose origins go all the way back to WWII Europe.

The Purge
The Purge creator, writer, and executive producer James DeMonaco teased that there is an overarching mystery that the character of Marcus Moore (Derek Luke) must solve over the next year. In the premiere episode, Marcus ends up surviving the night with his wife Michelle (Rochelle Aytes), but finds out that somebody’s been following him and wants to kill him. (Syfy)

The new drama Nancy Drew will debut on The CW on October 9 at 9 PM.
Nancy Drew (Kennedy McMann) is a brilliant teenaged detective whose sense of self had come from solving mysteries in her hometown of Horseshoe Bay, Maine – until her mother’s untimely death derails Nancy’s college plans. Devastated by her mother’s passing, Nancy swears off crime-solving while crossing off the days until she can re-apply to college.
