autumn-in-the-vineyard

The new Hallmark Channel movie Autumn in the Vineyard will debut on October 8 at 9 PM.

When Frankie Baldwin (Rachael Leigh Cook from She’s All That) and Nate Deluca (Brendan Penny from Motive and Chesapeake Shores) both have a claim to ownership of Sorrento Farm, they are forced to divide the vineyard right down the middle and work the fields alongside each other to bring in the harvest leading up to the Best Wine competition at the annual Autumn Harvest Festival — only this rivalry won’t be settled in the fields, because in spite of their contentious bickering, the simplest way to settle this particular legal dispute is with a romance.

frequency

October 5, the debut of the new drama Frequency will air on The CW at 9 PM.

In 2016, NYPD Detective Raimy Sullivan (Peyton List from The Flash and The Tomorrow People) discovers that she is able to speak to her deceased father Frank Sullivan (Riley Smith from Nashville and True Blood) in 1996 via his old ham radio. Her attempts to save his life trigger the “butterfly effect,” changing the present in unforeseen ways. To fix the damage, she must work with her father across time to solve a decades-old murder case.

The series also stars Mekhi Phifer (ER) and Devin Kelley (Resurrection).

no-tomorrow

The debut of the new dramedy No Tomorrow will debut on October 4 at 9 PM on The CW.

The series follows a woman name Evie (Tori Anderson from Sacred Heart and Killjoys) who becomes involved with a free-spirited guy named Xavier (Joshua Sasse from Galavant and Rogue), who inspires her to make an “apocalyst,” a list of things to do before the world ends, which he claims will be in eight months and twelve days.

The cast includes Amy Pietz (Caroline in the City), Jesse Rath (Defiance), Sarayu Blue (Monday Mornings) and Jonathan Langdon (Game On).

Conviction

On October 3, the new ABC drama Conviction will debut at 10 PM.

Lawyer and former First Daughter Hayes Morrison (Hayley Atwell from Marvel’s Agent Carter) is about to accept a job offered from her sexy nemesis, NY District Attorney Wayne Wallis (Eddie Cahill from CSI: NY and Under the Dome), to avoid jail time for cocaine possession and avoid hurting her mother’s Senate campaign. Working with his team at the new Conviction Integrity Unit will let her use her brilliant mind to turn over cases where there is credible suspicion of wrongful conviction, and give her a chance to turn things around with her high-powered political family.

The cast includes Shawn Ashmore (The X-Men franchise), Merrin Dungey (Alias and Chasing Life), Manny Montana (Graceland) and Emily Kinney (The Walking Dead).

The new series Timeless will debut on NBC on October 3 at 10 PM.

This action-adventure series is about Garcia Flynn (Goran Visnijc from ER), a mysterious criminal who steals a secret state-of-the-art time machine, intent on destroying America as we know it by changing the past. Our only hope is an unexpected team: a scientist named Rufus (Malcolm Barrett from Better Off Ted), a soldier named Wyatt (Matt Lanter from Star Crossed and 90210) and a history professor named Lucy (Abigail Spencer from Suits and Rectify), who use the machine’s prototype to travel back in time to critical events, hoping to stop Flynn.

westworld

The new 10-episode series Westworld, based on the 1973 Michael Crichton movie, will debut on HBO on October 2 at 9 PM.

This series is a dark odyssey about the dawn of artificial consciousness and the evolution of sin. Set at the intersection of the near future and the reimagined past, it explores a world in which every human appetite, no matter how noble or depraved, can be indulged.

The ensemble cast includes Anthony Hopkins, Ed Harris, Evan Rachel Wood, James Marsden, Thandie Newton, Jeffrey Wright, Tessa Thompson, Rodrigo Santoro, Ben Barnes, Luke Hemsworth and Clifton Collins, Jr.

On October 2, The Irresistible Blueberry Farm is the latest Hallmark Movies & Mysteries movie that will debut at 9 PM.

Before Ellen’s grandmother and long-time confidant Ruth (veteran actress Shirley Jones) passed away, she asked Ellen (Alison Sweeney from the Murder She Baked franchise of movies) to deliver a mysterious letter to a man owning a blueberry farm. After the funeral, Ellen walks along an old dock contemplating her grandmother’s request when the dock breaks under her feet.

After plunging into the water, she quickly gets caught in a strong current and is swept to sea – only to be rescued by a handsome stranger (Marc Blucas from Underground and Necessary Roughness). After Ellen recovers, she sets out on her grandmother’s mission and unravels the mysterious love story her grandmother left behind.

The Hallmark Channel movie Love On A Limb will debut on October 1 at 9 PM.

Aimie Roarke (Ashley Williams from the Hallmark Channel movie October Kiss) is always up for a cause and when the town’s beloved Oak tree is set to be cut down, she takes it upon herself try and save it. When the Mayor hires a handsome new landscaper (Trevor Donovan from the mini-series Texas Rising) to cut it down, she decides the only way to save the tree is to chain herself to it. As Kyle attempts to wait her out and the two start to spend more time together, they may find the Old Tree brings them both more than they could have imagined in life and love.

The film will also star veteran actress Marilu Henner.
