On March 1, the new CBS drama Battle Creek will debut at 10 PM.

Josh Duhamel (Las Vegas) and Dean Winters (Oz) star as two mismatched law enforcement officers whose polar opposite views of the world and crime-solving breed frustration, disdain, humor and possibly a grudging respect as they clean up the hardscrabble streets of Battle Creek, Michigan.

The cast includes Janet McTeer (The White Queen), Kal Penn (House), Aubrey Dollar (Women’s Murder Club), Damon Herriman (Justified) and Liza Lapira (NCIS).

Secrets and Lies

The new ABC drama Secrets and Lies will air its two-hour debut on March 1 at 9 PM.

This is the American version of the Australian series that follows Ben Garner (film star Ryan Phillippe), a family man who discovers the body of a young boy and quickly becomes the prime suspect in his death. Ben then goes in search of the real killer in order to clear his name.

The cast includes Juliette Lewis (The Firm), Kadee Strickland (The Practice), Natalie Martinez (Under the Dome), Dan Fogler (Fan Boys) and Indiana Evans (Home and Away).

The show will move to 9 PM, its regular timeslot, next Sunday.

Good Witch

The two-hour series premiere of Good Witch will air on February 28 at 8 PM on the Hallmark Channel.

The series will take viewers on a new magical journey with Cassie Nightingale (Catherine Bell) and her bright, young-teenage daughter Grace (Bailee Madison from Once Upon a Time and Northpole), who shares her mom’s special intuitive charm. When Sam, a doctor (James Denton from Desperate Housewives), and his teenage son Nick (newcomer Rhys Matthew Bond) move in next door to Grey House, they are immediately charmed by the ‘magical’ mother-daughter duo.

Reprising their roles from the movies include Catherine Disher as Martha Tinsdale, Peter MacNeill as George O’Hanrahan, Hannah Endicott-Douglas as Lori Russell and Noah Cappe as Derek Sanders.

Dancer and the Dame

The new UP Channel movie Dancer and the Dame will debut on February 22 at 7 PM.

Down-and-out detective Rick Dancer (Mike and Molly’s Billy Gardell) and his new sidekick, a police dog named Princess, mutually heal each other while they hunt down the crime lord who killed the dog’s previous partner.

The cast includes Quinton Aaron (The Blind Side), James Denton (Desperate Housewives), Leonard Roberts (Heroes), Eva LaRue (CSI: Miami) and Mike Starr (Ed and Chicago Fire).

Book of Negroes

The 3-night mini-series The Book of Negroes will air on February 16 through Feburary 18 on BET at 8 PM each night.

Aunjanue Ellis (NCIS: Los Angeles and Sleepy Hollow) will stars as Aminata Diallo, who survived the Middle Passage, fought with the British and was part of the great migration to Canada. It will detail Aminata from the age of 11, when she was kidnapped in Mali and sold into slavery, and then as she spends her life desperately trying to find her way home.

The cast includes veteran actor Lou Gossett, Jr., Cuba Gooding Jr. and Lyric Bent (Lost Girl).

The Hallmark Movies & Mysteries original movie A Gift of Miracles will debut on February 15 at 9 PM.

A pragmatic PhD candidate must let go of her logic when she finds a list of items to give away written by the late mother she never knew. With the encouragement of her enthusiastic new mentor, she attempts to return everything on the list and begins to encounter unexplainable coincidences that lead her to understand the world’s smallest marvels have the greatest meaning.

The cast includes Rachel Boston (Witches of East End), Jesse Moss (Cedar Cove) and veteran actress Rita Moreno.

On February 14, the new Hallmark Channel movie All of My Heart will debut at 9 PM.

A young caterer’s life suddenly changes course when she inherits a country home and learns she must share it with a career-obsessed Wall Street trader. At first, these opposites do not attract, but feelings begin to change when they find themselves having to work side-by-side to restore their newly acquired home.

The Lifetime original movie Back to School Mom will debut on February 14 at 8 PM.
