The new online series Dating Rules from My Future Self from Alloy Entertainment – the company behind such shows as Gossip Girl, Pretty Little Liars and The Vampire Diaries – has released its seventh episode today via Facebook.

The new online series stars Shiri Appleby (Life Unexpected and Roswell) as the newly single 29-year-old Lucy who gets text messages from herself 10 years in the future. The notes serve as warnings that she has to change her dating tactics quickly or she’ll end up alone and unhappy. Among the cast are Taylor Kinney (The Vampire Diaries), Bryce Johnson (Pretty Little Liars and Popular), Alison Becker (Parks & Recreation) and Mircea Monroe (Episodes).

Here is the seventh episode entitled “ Keep Calm And Carry On ”.
