If you’re like me and watched the BBC America series Luther, you’ll want to see this 40 second clip for the new season that will air at some point this year.
It fits so perfectly to the character and Idris Elba is FANTASTIC in the role.

Leave it to the good folks at “We Give A Chuck” – the dedicated fans of the NBC dramedy Chuck that is, once again, on the bubble for renewal at the network.
They’ve created this video to appease to the network to give the show another season.

There was an interesting article up at Blastr this morning about a TV viewer named Ilana Rein who wanted to figure out what made Battlestar Galactica fans tick.
What did she, you ask? Well, she spent $8,000 of her own money, producing the documentary “We Are All Cylons“.
In order to make the indie documentary, she interviewed not just the show’s fans but the cast and creators as well. She also got so into the process that she had to imagine herself as a Cylon to pull it off. According to quote Rein made to Wired, “part of my creative process was to begin thinking of myself as part Cylon. A lot of the edits I made were what I imagined a computer would do.”
The documentary premiered on April 26 at the Sci-Fi-London Film Festival. You can see the trailer here.

Thanks to the good folks at BBC America and Blastr, the following behind-the-scenes video for Doctor Who, which will begin its sixth season on April 23, helps all the newbies out there learn “a thing or two” about the Doctor.
But, even if you are already familiar with the world of the Doctor and his companions, you’ll enjoy it too!
And, don’t worry there is nothing in this video that will spoil season six for anyone.

Thanks to the folks at Blastr for highlighting this great YouTube video mashup for Doctor Who done by a fan is – in their words – “like getting wonderful geek chocolate stuck in amazing nerd peanut butter”.
The fan – known as Punkocarp on YouTube created this mashup of clips from Doctor Who set to the theme music for Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Think of it as “a greatest hits reel” of Matt Smith‘s Doctor—along with Amy Pond, River Song and Rory—in action.
Reminder: Doctor Who is back on America TV via BBC America on April 23.
