On April 5, the original film Where the Wind Blows will debut at 7 PM on UPtv.

A hardened cowboy (Trevor Donovan) puts his unfettered life on the open range on pause when he pretends to be a temporary husband for his late friend’s widow (Ashley Elaine) so she can adopt. The two go from strangers to something neither expected: a chance at love.

On March 22, the first night of the 3-part event series The Faithful: Women of the Bible will debut at 8 PM on FOX. Each episode is 2-hours long.

This event series is a dramatization of the Book of Genesis from The Bible, focusing on the challenges of marriage, the joys and heartbreak of children, confronting temptation and finding faith.

The three episodes will be told through the lens of five of The Old Testament’s most legendary women: Sarah (Minnie Driver) and her maidservant Hagar (Natacha Karam), Sarah’s great-niece Rebekah (Alexa Davalos), and Rebekah’s nieces, sisters Leah (Millie Brady) and Rachel (Blu Hunt).

The series also stars Jeffrey Donovan, Tom Mison, Tom Payne, Ben Robson, James Purefoy, Taylor Napier and Will Stevens.

NOTE: Part 2 of this event series will air on March 29, and the final part will air on April 5.

The new small screen adaptation of The Count of Monte Cristo will debut on PBS on March 22 at 10 PM.

Young sailor Edmond Dantès (Sam Clafin from Daisy Jones and the Six and The Hunger Games) is betrayed by those he trusts most and is torn from his fiancé and thrown into a nightmarish prison. On March 22, the new period piece drama The Forsytes will debut on PBS at 9 PM

Based on the John Galsworthy Nobel Prize winning book series, The Forsytes focuses on a wealthy solicitor who becomes obsessed with a woman who rejects him despite his riches. After they marry, she remains distant, driving him to extreme lengths to control her in this epic early-20th-century family saga.

The series stars Millie Gibson, Joshua Orpin, Francesca Annis, Danny Griffin, Eleanor Tomlinson, Jack Davenport, Stephen Moyer, Tuppence Middleton and Tom Durant Pritchard.

The new prequel series Hope Valley 1874 will debut on Hallmark+ on March 21.

The When Calls the Heart prequel will follow Rebecca Clarke (Bethany Joy Lenz), who travels from Chicago to the Western Canadian frontier with her 11-year-old daughter (Mila Morgan) but must accept help from local rancher Tom Moore when her wagon breaks down.

The cast includes Benjamin Ayres, Jill Hennessy, Roan Curtis, Lachlan Quarmby, Chelsea Hobbs and Ryan Robbins.

NOTE: Hope Valley: 1874 will then move to its regular night, Thursdays, on March 26.
