The series follows a group of recent high school graduates from Wilmington, North Carolina, who come together the summer after graduation to form a rock band, united by their shared love of music and near-impossible dream of stardom. Over the course of one unforgettable summer, they throw themselves into the pursuit of their big break – falling in love, getting into trouble, and building the kind of bonds that feel like family along the way. The cast includes Lilah Pate, William Lipton, Brooklyn Decker, Hayes MacArthur and a number of newcomers.

The new series Karen Kingsbury’s A Thousand Tomorrows will debut online on Netflix on September 1. This 6-episode mini-series tells the story of Cody Gunner (Colin Ford), a bull rider who is pretty much a legend among the other professionals of his segment. The secret to his success: anger. His equally famous bull-riding father abandoned the family when Cody was just 11 years old. Having lived most of his life with a wall pulled up around him, Cody starts to change when he meets Ali (Rose Reid), a Christian woman who starts to teach him to see the world through another lens.

Also on September 1, the new movie Winter Spring Summer or Fall will debut online on Paramount+. The new Britbox drama Lynley will debut online on September 4. Tommy Lynley (Leo Suter) is a brilliant police detective but an outsider in the force – simply by virtue of his aristocratic upbringing. With seemingly nothing in common and against all odds, the mismatched duo of Lynley and Havers become a formidable team, bonded by their desire to see justice done. His brain and her spirit – his knowledge and her instincts. It is only through working side by side do they both find where they truly belong. The cast includes Daniel Mays.
