12 Wishes of Christmas
The new ION movie 12 Wishes of Christmas will debut at 9 PM on November 27.
Willing to try anything to transform her life, Laura follows her best friend’s suggestion and sets up a session with a life coach, who tells Laura to make 12 wishes for a positive change in her life. But before long, Laura realizes that her wishes are sparking unforeseen circumstances and she must act quickly to get her life back and her dog before Christmas.
The cast includes Elisa Donovan, Gabrielle Carteris, Sarah Thompson and Fred Willard.

I was stuck at home, under the weather, and was looking for something to watch on TV. There wasn’t a lot to choose from, but I certainly didn’t want to watch another cheesy Christmas movie. However, I was drawn to this movie so decided to give it a chance. I loved it! So happy I decided to watch!
When will it air again. I missed it! Tried to record it, but for some reason, it didn’t record.

fantastic movie… my family was delighted to watch this together.. they really picked up on the mention of God… we can’t wait to watch it again with my youngest daughter.. Just loved the angel..

I was so glad to see Chonda Pierce in a Christmas movie. I love Chondra in her comedy videos and was thrilled to see her in this TV movie. It’s so refreshing to hear people talk about God in Christmas movies. His son is what it’s all about after all. There were several actors that I recognized and I love them all. I hope we continue to see God being referenced in quality shows on TV.

I was really feeling down,burden with thoughts…. and I woke up as 12 Wishes was coming on. It had my attention when I saw Chonda Pierce, knowing what she went through,with depression. What Chonda said, at the very end was very touching, that God is always there for you.
That movie was so great! This year God is mentioned in movies when previously you mostly heard about “Cristmas Miracle” or “love” but not really having God stated so impressively. Glad to hear it!

I just watched this and it was cute. But as a certified life coach, I can tell you that a real life coach would (have) handled the situation very differently – even if she had 12 wishes to grant. 😉
All the same I enjoyed it. I didn’t realize that was Michael Gross until I came here! And I thought Elise Donovan, the lead actress, was very good. I liked Noel, too, even if she did break a lot of coaching guidelines. 😉
I don’t usually care for made-for-TV movies, but this was a fun, entertaining Christmas movie.

I only caught the last hour of the movie yesterday, and I admit to loving and dvr’ing all of the christmas holiday movies. I love the happy endings. I knew it was the dad from Family Ties, but I am trying to place where the boyfriend (son) came from. Is he in any other movies that we would know about?
David O’Donnell appeared as the son. He has appeared in the made for TV movie A Christmas Proposal with Nicole Eggert and A Christmas Wedding Tail with Jennie Garth. On the non-Christmas movie front, he has appeared in episodes of Torchwood, Beverly Hills 90210 and NCIS and small roles in the box office films Air Force One and Thirteen Days.

Can’t find anything about the movie online or if/when it will air again. Would you please tell me, via e-mail if you prefer, how the movie ends?

Please check your local cable listings for ION (the cable network) to determine if the movie will reair, as it had been reairing repeatedly over the past week and it is possible the network could have it programmed again for over the New Years weekend.

You will have to check your local listings as to when ION will reair this Christmas movie from last year, as the airings could vary depending on where you live. And, details on a DVD are scarce; but I would recommend dropping ION an email to see if they can tell you how you can a copy.

I can only speak as to why I did not include her name in my information, and that is because, until that movie aired last winter, I was not familiar with her.
Does anyone know the name of the song and the artist of a song sung in the movie? It had the lyrics “Are you coming home for Christmas?” I loved that song and would like to find out more about it.
Sorry, I was never able to learn the name of the song or the artist. The credits for those movies are too small and go by on the screen too fast to read them.
