Here is the list of the programming options to expect on TV this week:
On February 18, the season finale of Manifest will air on NBC at 10 PM.
The second season of the Sony Crackle streaming series The Oath will air online on February 21.
Also on February 21, the 6-episode UK based series Flack will debut on POP at 10 PM. Anna Paquin (True Blood) stars as the sharp and witty publicity maven, Robyn, who’s an expert at her craft but a complete self-saboteur when it comes to her personal life. Robyn’s work as a crisis PR strategist is fast-paced and unpredictable, as she counsels high-profile personalities in entertainment, fashion and sports.
On February 23, the HBO original telefilm O.G. will debut at 10 PM. Filmed in Indiana’s Pendleton Correctional Facility, an active maximum-security prison, the film follows Louis (Jeffrey Wright), once the head of a prominent prison gang, in the final weeks of his 24-year sentence. His impending release is upended when he takes new arrival Beecher (Theothus Carter), who is being courted by gang leadership, under his wing. Coming to grips with the indelibility of his crime and the challenge of reentering society, Louis finds his freedom hanging in the balance as he struggles to save Beecher. William Fichtner also stars.
The Hallmark Channel movie Love on the Menu will debut on February 23 at 8 PM. When chef Hank (Kavan Smith) makes a deal with frozen food executive Maggie (Autumn Reeser) in order to save his restaurant, their unexpected attraction complicates matters, leaving Maggie conflicted: Does she choose her allegiance to her cut-throat boss or does she partner – both in work and in love – with Hank?
On February 24, the 91st Annual Academy Awards will air on ABC at 8 PM.
The Chronicle Mysteries: The Wrong Man will debut on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries will air on February 24 at 9 PM. Podcaster Alex McPherson (Alison Sweeney) seeks the truth behind the tragic death of a young lawyer, while partner Drew (Benjamin Ayres) finds himself diving into the shady mishaps of a shipping company.
Also on February 24, the season finale of True Detective will air at 9 PM on HBO; and on that same night, When Calls the Heart will return for the start of its sixth season on the Hallmark Channel at 8 PM.
Lastly, a special sneak preview of the new ABC drama Whiskey Cavalier will air around approximately 11:35 PM on February 24. This dramedy follows the adventures of tough but tender FBI super-agent Will Chase codename: “Whiskey Cavalier” (Scott Foley), who following an emotional breakup, is assigned to work with badass CIA operative Francesca “Frankie” Trowbridge codename: “Fiery Tribune” (Lauren Cohan). Together, they lead an inter-agency team of flawed, funny and heroic spies who periodically save the world (and each other) while navigating the rocky roads of friendship, romance and office politics.
