Here is the list of the programming options to expect on TV this coming week:
On April 28, the finale of the new ABC drama RJ Decker will air at 9 PM.
The finale of the Apple TV drama Imperfect Women will air online on April 29.
On April 29, the new drama Widow’s Bay will debut online on Apple TV. Widow’s Bay is a quaint island town 40 miles off the coast of New England. But something lurks beneath the surface. Mayor Tom Loftis (Matthew Rhys) is desperate to revive his struggling community. There’s no Wi-Fi, spotty cellular reception and he must contend with superstitious locals who believe their island is cursed. He wants these people to respect him. They don’t. They think he is soft and cowardly. And he is. But Loftis is determined to build a better future for his teenage son and turn the island into a tourist destination. Miraculously, he succeeds: tourists are finally coming. Unfortunately, the locals were right. After decades of calm, the old stories that seemed too ludicrous to be true start happening again. The cast includes Stephen Root, Dale Dickey and Kevin Carroll.
The new series Man on Fire will debut online on Netflix on April 30. Based on A.J. Quinnell’s book franchise, the series tells the story of John Creasy (Yahya Abdul-Mateen II), once a high-functioning and skilled Special Forces Mercenary, known for surviving even the most desolate of situations. Creasy is now plagued with intense PTSD. Determined to overcome his personal demons, he sets out on a path to redemption. But, before he can adjust to this new life, he finds himself back in the fire, fighting harder than ever. The cast includes Alice Braga, Bobby Cannavale, Scoot McNairy, Paul Ben-Victor and Billie Boullet.
On May 1, the finale of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters will air online on Apple TV.
The new Netflix animated movie Swapped will debut online on May 1. A tiny woodland creature and a majestic bird suddenly swap bodies, forcing them to team up to survive the wildest adventure of their lives. Voice will be provided by Michael B. Jordan, Juno Temple, Tracy Morgan
On May 2, the Hallmark Channel movie Kentucky Roses will debut at 8 PM. A greenhouse worker and the son of Churchill Downs’ CEO form an unlikely pair, coming together to save the Kentucky Derby rose blanket and uncovering a generational love story along the way. The movie stars Andrew Walker and Odette Annable.
The Lifetime movie Kidnapped in Her Own Home: The Martha Carelli Story will debut on May 2 at 8 PM. Castle alum Stana Katic stars as a woman taken hostage by an escaped convict (Tyler Tomás Perez) hiding in her home.
Lastly on May 3, the series finale of the CBS drama Watson will air at 10 PM.
