After a family scandal, teen rower Teagan Tao (Miku Martineau) moves to a small town and joins an elite prep school’s all-boys crew, sparking rivalry and attraction.
Her mother will be played by Jessica Pare (SEAL Team) while other cast members include Hallmark hunk and Eureka alum Niall Matter and Thomas Cadrot (So Help Me Todd and Family Law).
