Here is the list of the programming options to expect on TV this coming week:

On September 14, the 78th Annual Emmy Awards will air on NBC at 8 PM.

The Britbox drama Agatha Christie’s Tommy & Tuppence will debut the first two episodes of its debut season online on September 15. This version will be a modern take of the characters created by the legendary writer. It will be set in upscale London with the duo, to be played by The Good Doctor alum Antonia Thomas and The Buccaneers cast member Josh Dylan, tackling murders and mysteries. It should be noted that Imelda Staunton and Alice Krige will also appear in the show.

On September 15, the second season premiere of R.J. Decker will air on ABC at 10 PM.

The finale of Reacher will air online on Amazon Prime on September 16; while that same day, the 6th season premiere of Slow Horses will air online on Apple TV.

Also on September 16, the Reacher spin-off series Neagley will debut online on Amazon Prime. The spin-off series of Reacher stars Maria Sten, who has been seen in 20 episodes of the Alan Ritchson-led drama. She will reprise her role of Frances Neagley, better known as just Neagley. She puts her experience with Reacher and the 110 Special Investigators to use as she embarks on a perilous mission to expose a sinister threat, risking her life to unravel the mystery. Greyston Holt from Bitten, Adeline Rudolph from Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Damon Herriman from Justified, Matthew Del Negro from City on a Hill and newcomer Jasper Jones will co-star.

On September 17, the limited series Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story will debut online on Netflix. From Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan, this version of the legendary story of Lizzie Bordon will be a stylized, feminist-inflected retelling of one of America’s most famous unsolved murder trials. Ella Beatty (the daughter of Warren Beatty and Annette Bening) will star as the acquitted axe murderer in a story that will blend historical intrigue with speculative romance and myth. The cast will include Charlie Hunnam, Rebecca Hall, Vicky Krieps and Billie Lourd.

The second season of Outlander: Blood of My Blood will premiere on Starz at 8 PM on September 18; meanwhile, that same day, the second season premiere of MobLand will air on Paramount+ online.

On September 18, the Netflix comedy Bollywood dance movie Best of the Best will debut online. This comedy, Bollywood-fusion dance movie will star Never Have I Ever lead Maitreyi Ramakrishnan and Priyanka Kedia, who was just seen in the box office movie Disclosure Day. They play childhood best friends, who join UCLA’s competitive dance team.

The Lifetime movie Sole Survivor of Flight 119 will debut on September 19 at 8 PM. The film will follow Lisa Foster (Sarah Wayne Callies from The Walking Dead), a woman who survives a devastating plane crash deep in the Mexican jungle. Stranded and alone, she must rely on her resourcefulness, inner strength and faith to endure the wilderness and find her way home to her young daughter. At the same time, Rebecca Till (Joy Bryant from Parenthood), an airline executive who narrowly missed boarding Flight 119, who is assigned to assist the families of the missing passengers. As she becomes involved in Lisa’s story, a final text Lisa sent moments before the crash becomes a key breakthrough in the search, forging an unlikely bond between the two women.

On September 20, the finale of Lioness will air online on Paramount+.

The new PBS drama Trespasses will debut on September 20 at 10 PM. Cushla (Lola Petticrew) is a young Catholic schoolteacher whose life in 1975 Northern Ireland is shadowed by the Troubles. She meets and falls for Michael Agnew (Tom Cullen) – an older, married Protestant barrister. Their affair is intoxicating and dangerous. As the forbidden love between Cushla and Michael deepens, violence looms and tensions rise. Cushla is pulled between duty and desire, family and freedom. The cast includes Gillian Anderson.

Lastly, the 1970’s themed drama American Hostage will debut its first two episodes on MGM+ on September 20 at 9 and 10 PM. This series will focus on Fred Heckman (Jon Hamm), a beloved Indianapolis radio reporter, who is thrust into the middle of a life-or-death crisis when hostage-taker, Tony Kiritsis (Giovanni Ribisi from Sneaky Pete), demands to be interviewed on his popular radio news program. The cast includes Mireille Enos (The Killing), Jonathan Tucker (I Will Find You and Westworld), William Jackson Harper (The Good Place), and – the main reason why I’ll be watching – Kristoffer Polaha (Hallmark Channel movies, Condor and Wonder Woman 1984).
