On June 15, the Lifetime original movie Tempting Fate will air at 8 PM.

Based on the New York Times best-selling novel the film follows the story of mother-of-two Gabby (Alyssa Milano) whose picture-perfect marriage to Elliott (Steve Kazee from Shameless) is jeopardized when she meets Matt (Zane Holtz from From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series), a handsome younger man who seemingly ignites a fire and desire within her. What begins as a business opportunity soon develops into an emotional affair leading Gabby to eventually succumb to Matt’s unrelenting attraction and attention, never foreseeing the life-changing consequences that lie ahead.

On June 8, the Lifetime original movie Adriana Trigiani’s Very Valentine will debut at 8 PM.

Based on a novel, the movie tells story of the Angelini Shoe Company, one of the last family-owned businesses in Greenwich Village that has been making exquisite wedding shoes since 1903, but now teeters on the brink of financial collapse.

To save the family business from ruin, Valentine Roncalli (Kelen Coleman from Big Little Lies) – apprentice to and granddaughter of master artisan Teodora Angelini (veteran actress Jacqueline Bisset) – must bring the family’s old-world craftsmanship into the 21st century. Juggling unpredictable love lives, duty to their family, and a design challenge presented by a prestigious department store, Valentine and Teodora are on a quest to build a pair of glorious shoes sure to beat their rivals.

Also, in the course of discovering her true artistic voice, Valentine discovers true love as she turns her life and the business upside down in ways she never expected.

On June 1, the Lifetime movie Pride & Prejudice: Atlanta will debut at 8 PM.

In a contemporary adaptation of the Jane Austen classic, the movie follows Reverend Bennet (Reginald VelJohnson from Family Matters), a pastor of a prominent southern Baptist church and his wife Mrs. Bennet (Jackée Harry from Sister, Sister), who is the author of a self-help book on how to find the perfect husband.

Needless to say, Mrs. Bennet is less than thrilled that all five of their daughters, Lizzie (Tiffany Hines from Toni Braxton: Unbreak My Heart), Jane (Raney Branch from Being Mary Jane), Mary (Brittney Level from The Purge), Lydia (Reginae Carter from Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta) and Kitty (newcomer Alexia Bailey), are still single.

When the very eligible Will Darcy (Juan Antonio from Empire) arrives in town, Mrs. Bennet sets her sights on the handsome bachelor for daughter Lizzie, leading to a modern-day, comedic take on themes familiar to fans of the novel.

The latest Hallmark Channel movie Wedding at Graceland will debut on June 1 at 9 PM.

In the sequel to Christmas at Graceland, Laurel and Clay (Wes Brown and Kellie Pickler) have three weeks to plan their wedding that will take place at Elvis Presley’s celebrated Memphis home. However, when both sets of in-laws, each with vastly different personalities and ideas for the wedding, descend upon Memphis to “help” plan the nuptials, the bride and groom are pushed to the breaking point.

Priscilla Presley makes a special appearance.

Dark Phoenix

Late Night
Opens: June 7

Legendary talk-show host Katherine Newbury (Emma Thompson) is a pioneer in her field. The only woman ever to have a long-running program on late night, she keeps her writers’ room on a short leash ― and all male. But when her ratings plummet and she is accused of being a “woman who hates women,” Katherine puts gender equality on her to-do list and impulsively hires Molly Patel (Mindy Kaling), a chemical plant efficiency expert from suburban Pennsylvania, as the first and only female on her writing staff. With rumors swirling that Katherine is being replaced by a younger, hipper male host, she demands that the writers make her funny and relevant again. The Secret Life of Pets 2
Opens: June 7

Max (voiced by Patton Oswalt) faces some major changes after his owner Katie (voiced by Ellie Kemper) gets married and now has a child named Liam, up to the point he becomes overprotective. On a family trip to the countryside, Max meets a farm dog named Rooster (voiced by Harrison Ford), and both attempt to overcome his fears. Meanwhile, Gidget (voiced by Jenny Slade) tries to rescue Max’s favorite toy from a cat-packed apartment, and Snowball (voiced by Kevin Hart) sets on a mission to free a white tiger named Hu from a circus. Other voices will be provided by Eric Stonestreet, Tiffany Haddish, Lake Bell, Nick Kroll, Dana Carvey, Hannibal Buress and Bobby Moynihan.

American Woman
Opens: June 14

Adept at living off the grid ever since she masterminded an act of violence against the American government, 25-year-old former radical Jenny Shimada (Hong Chau) agrees to take care of three fugitives who are on the run. One of them, the kidnapped granddaughter of a wealthy newspaper magnate (Sarah Gadon), has become a national celebrity for embracing her captors’ ideology and joining their revolutionary cell. This movie is a fictional account of the real-life woman who cared for heiress Patty Hearst after she was abducted. The cast includes Ellen Burstyn and David Cubitt.

Men in Black International
Opens: June 14

A London-based team of Men in Black (MIB) secret agents become involved in a series of alien attacks that sends them traveling around the globe. The film stars Chris Hemsworth, Tessa Thompson, Liam Neeson, Rebecca Ferguson, Kumail Nanjiani, Rafe Spall and Emma Thompson.

Shaft
Opens: June 14

John “JJ” Shaft Jr. (Jessie Usher) is an FBI agent and a cybersecurity expert with a degree from MIT. After his best friend dies under suspicious circumstances, he turns to his estranged father – the legendary John Shaft II (Samuel L. Jackson) – to uncover the truth. Father and son must navigate the Harlem underworld to solve the crime. Along the way they team up with the first generation John Shaft (Richard Roundtree). The cast will also include Alexandra Shipp, Regina Hall, Avan Jogia, Method Man and Matt Lauria.

Anna
Opens: June 21

Beneath a woman’s (newcomer Sasha Luss) striking beauty lies a secret that will unleash her indelible strength and skill to become one of the most feared assassins on the planet. The film includes Helen Mirren, Luke Evans and Cillian Murphy.

Toy Story 4
Opens: June 21

Some years after Andy gave his toys to Bonnie, Woody, Buzz, and the rest of the toys are faced with a problem when Bonnie creates a new toy from arts and crafts, named Forky. Forky suffers from an existential crisis about being a toy, which the others try to help him understand how to be one. As Bonnie and her family go on a road trip, Forky escapes and Woody goes to save him, becoming separated from the group near a small town. As Buzz and the others try to help find Woody, Woody finds Bo Peep among other toys in the town’s antique shop, and she gives him a new outlook on what being a toy is really about. Among the voices provided included Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Annie Potts, Joan Cusack, Wallace Shawn, John Ratzenberger, Michael Keaton, Kristen Schaal, Bonne Hunt, Timothy Dalton, Laurie Metcalf, Tony Hale, Keegan-Michael Key, Jordan Peele, Keanu Reeves and Christina Hendricks.

The Other Side of Heaven 2: Fire of Faith
Opens: June 28

Missionary John H. Groberg (Christopher Gorham) returns to Tonga in the 1960s with his wife and their five young daughters. When their sixth child is born with a serious illness, the Grobergs face their ultimate test of faith, only to find themselves surrounded by the love and prayers of thousands of Tongans. Barriers of interreligious strife are soon broken down as all unite in hopes of a miracle that will save the baby’s life, as well as the life of a Tongan minister’s son.

Yesterday
Opens: June 28

Jack Malik (Himesh Patel) is a struggling singer-songwriter in a tiny English seaside town whose dreams of fame are rapidly fading, despite the fierce devotion and support of his childhood best friend, Ellie (Lily James). Then, after a freak bus accident during a mysterious global blackout, Jack wakes up in another world, where The Beatles don’t exist. Performing songs by a band to a world that has never heard them, and with a little help from his steel-hearted American agent, Debra (Kate McKinnon), Jack’s fame explodes. However, as his star rises, he risks losing Ellie — the one person who always believed in him. With the door between his old life and his new closing, Jack will need to get back to where he once belonged.

On May 31, the two-hour HBO special presentation Deadwood: The Movie will debut on 8 PM.

In 1889, the residents of Deadwood are reunited after 10 years to celebrate South Dakota’s statehood. Former rivalries are reignited, alliances are tested and old wounds are reopened, as all are left to navigate the inevitable changes that modernity and time have wrought.

The ensemble cast includes Timothy Olyphant, Ian McShane, Molly Parker, Robin Weigert, W. Earl Brown, Brad Dourif, Paula Malcomson, Anna Gunn, Kim Dickens, Will Sanderson and Gerald McRaney [among others].

The new Lifetime movie Harry & Meghan: Becoming Royal will debut on May 27 at 8 PM.

The sequel to the 2018 Lifetime movie A Royal Romance, this film continues the love story of newlyweds Prince Harry (Charlie Field from Genius) and American actress Meghan Markle (Tiffany Smith from Supernatural), pulling back the curtain to reveal the untold joys and challenges of life inside the Royal Family during their pivotal first year of marriage. Beyond blending their families and cultures, Harry and Meghan’s core values are put to the test as they try to find the balance between honoring Royal tradition and staying true to their beliefs.

The National Geographic 3-night event series The Hot Zone will debut on May 27 at 9 PM.

Based on the eponymous international best-seller by Richard Preston, the 3-part series recounts the terrifying true story of the origins of the Ebola virus, a highly infectious deadly virus from the central African rain forest, and its first arrival on U.S. soil.

In 1989, when this killer suddenly appeared in chimpanzees in a scientific lab in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., there was no known cure. A heroic U.S. Army veterinarian working with a secret military SWAT team put herself in mortal peril when she tried to head off the outbreak before it spread to the human population.

The cast includes Julianna Margulies, Nick Searcy, Robert Sean Leonard, Topher Grace, James D’Arcy, Liam Cunningham, Noah Emmerich and Robert Wisdom.

NOTE: The show will air its second and third episodes at 9 PM on May 28 and May 29.
